- 50ml Midi Ruby Rush (Non-Alcoholic)
- 100ml Grapefruit Tonic/soda
How to:
Fill a tumbler/longdrink glas with plenty of ice. Add 50ml of Ruby Rush. Top with double the amount of grapefruit tonic/soda. Garnish with big grapefruit wheel or salt rim.

Ingredients
- 60ml Midi Apéritifs Classic Red
- 90ml sparkling wine
- Soda water (optional)
How to:
Fill your wine glass with plenty of ice. Add 60ml of Classic Red. Top with 90ml of your favorite sparkling wine. Finish with a splash of soda water (optional). Garnish with orange wedge.

Ingredients
- 50ml Midi Apéritifs Liquid Sunset
- 30ml Mary White Vodka
- 20ml passionfruit puree
- 10ml Sūpāsawā
- 1 egg white (optional) or Feefoam Bitters
How to:
Pour all ingredients into your shaker. Shake hard, add ice, shake again. Strain in a coupette glass. Garnish with 1/2 passion fruit
