A beautifully crafted unaged rum that has been pressed with fines of oak wood from ex-bourbon casks, using Takamaka’s innovative technique of hydrodynamic cavitation. A blend of Pot & Column distillates, is put through hydrodynamic cavitation and then rested in large stainless steel tanks. This helps to soften the rum whilst enhancing its flavours.
Tasting Notes
A light to medium body, fresh on the palate delivering notes of vanilla, toffee, dried apricot, and oak spice evolving on the finish.

This is a column still molasses based rum distilled up to 94% and then diluted with pure island spring water to bottling strength.

We blend our white rum with our own special concoction of natural essences that include vanilla, papaya and tropical spice.
Produced using local spring water and molasses, bottled at 38% ABV.

Although you should feel free to sip this rich golden rum short and neat – or with cola for a long classic – it is best enjoyed horizontally, in a hammock. Best served with ginger, fresh citrus, and fruit profiles.

St André Series is a collection of four rums that really show what we are about as rum makers. They have been crafted to showcase rich heritage and Creole traditions while at the same time pushing the boundaries of conventional rum making.

No sugar, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV.

Extra Noir is a blend of pot and column distilled molasses rum, soaked with French oak then pressed with both French and ex-bourbon wood. Finally, the rum settles in ex French cane rum casks for 60 days.

A full bodied, punchy rum that retains some high ester funk and spicy elements from the French oak, and notes of vanilla and sweet undertones from the ex-bourbon. No sugar, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV. Ideal for a long, serious highball.

Rum

A spiced rum macerated with locally grown Seychelles cinnamon, nutmeg, four spice, and cloves, before pressing with ex Merlot French Oak Fines.
No colouring or artificial flavouring and bottled at 43% ABV non-filtered AV.

Zepis Kreol draws its character from both oak and local Seychelles spices. A blend of pot and column distilled molasses rum, macerated with locally grown natural spices before being pressed with ex-merlot wood fines. An 8 year old Bajan Foursquare rum added before finally letting it rest for 60 days inside very old ex-bourbon casks before bottling.
Tasting Notes
A true depth of flavour with a rich oak character complimented by the local cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and quatre épices with just a hint of island sweetness. No colouring or artificial flavouring and bottled at 43% non-chill filtered ABV. A spiced rum of true Seychellois origin that can be served long or short but always pour over ice.
